Ingredients: Daikon Radish, Salt, Raw Kombucha, Red Spice Gogucharu, Organic Vegetable seasoning, and Ginger.


Daikon Radish Scobucha Kimchi is a type of kimchi made from cubed daikon radish. It is characterized by its crunchy texture and spicy, tangy flavor. The radish cubes are typically mixed with Korean chili powder (Gochugaru), garlic, ginger, and our raw Scobucha.

The mixture is then left to ferment, allowing the flavors to meld and the probiotics to develop.

This kimchi is a popular side dish in Korean cuisine and pairs well with rice, soups, and other main dishes
