Kombucha is a fermented beverage, naturally effervescent during the process of making the tea with sugar. The traces of sugar are absorbed from the SCOBY – Symbiotic Culture of the Bacteria and Yeast, building the bubbling and the probiotic main benefit of the Kombucha.
